This time of year everybody's looking for an excuse to party - and we've got the perfect excuse for you! Extreme circus meets hip hop in Tom Tom Crew, a home-grown Aussie show that is blitzing the world. Selling out seasons in New York, London and a mammoth 21-show season at Edinburgh Festival, Tom Tom Crew has garnered critical acclaim and five-star reviews.
Now, for the very first time, Tom Tom Crew is set to explode onto the Brisbane stage! Expect a high-energy mash-up of hardcore acrobatics and aerials, incredible beat-boxing, master scratching and indescribable drumming.
Let's start with the boys with the beats. World renowned percussionist Ben Walsh, mix-master Sampology and beat-boxing whiz-kid Tom Thum pump out a jaw-dropping soundtrack of powerful rhythms and hip-hop beats. Then there are the boys with the flips. Graduates of Australia’s famous Flying Fruit Fly Circus, Daniel Catlow and Shane Witt, flip, fly and slam up the stage in an awesome display of sheer strength, agility and fun.
