According to Australian jazz great James Morrison, ”No one else in the world can both sing and play the trumpet as well as Neilsen”.
Now it's your turn to experience the magic and romance of Neilsen Gough, who channels the hip and cool of classic jazz. His voice is smooth and sweet; his style is sincere yet subtle. Drawing comparisons with Chet Baker, Neilsen Gough is fast becoming one of the coolest cats in Australia.
Embarking on his latest national tour, Neilsen is launching his critically acclaimed new album, A Beautiful Dream. You will be treated to a gorgeous collection of romantic songs infused with subtle bossa nova beats, lyrical melodies, rich tones and jazz standards.
Joining Neilsen on stage are long-time artistic collaborators and friends, James Muller on guitar, Mark Harris on bass and Nic Cecire on drums.
Neilsen Gough Quartet is perfect Saturday night entertainment. Don't miss this one-off Brisbane show!
