It’s not how old you are, but how you are old.
Acclaimed director Kate Champion walked the streets to create the Australian Dance Award-winning The Age I'm In. She personally invited a diverse selection of Australians aged between 14 and 80 to offer personal responses to a range of emotive issues, creating an intimate soundtrack to Force Majeure's choreographic snapshot of the aging process.
The Age I'm In returns to Australia after touring festivals around the world during 2009. Champion (as quoted in last weekend's Courier Mail) says "This is inherently a very Australian piece and as much as it is thrilling to be invited to prestigious festivals, this is an Australian work which Australian audiences should see".
Don't miss your chance to see Force Majeure's The Age I'm In while it is in town for two performances only at the Judith Wright Centre.
