Being dubbed the most exciting band to come out of Ireland this century is high praise, particularly coming from a publication as influential as the Wall Street Journal. It's a tag, though, that Grammy nominated band Beoga seem to have taken in their stride as they travel the world selling out shows like it's no big deal.

Direct from sell-out gigs at major festival throughout Europe and the USA, groundbreaking contemporary Irish band Beoga arrives at the Judith Wright Centre for one night only next week as part of their debut Australian national tour.
Beoga will perform self-penned tunes and inspired arrangements from their Grammy nominated new album The Incident, plus hits from the critically acclaimed albums A Lovely Madness and Mischief. Be seduced by Beoga’s inimitable sonic fusion of traditional Irish music, Astor Piazzola-style jazz and raunchy New Orleans jamboree in this madcap, masterful evening of world-class contemporary music.
“…simply thrilling, an auditory high-wire act without a net” - Irish Philadelphia
“…super vocals, a terrific staccato beat to the rhythm, with a real sense of style and wit. This is a major, major band to be reckoned with” - The Chicago American Times
“...glorious arrangements... 9.5/10” - Hot Press
